  • 1-2 Handful Spinach
  • 1-2 Handful Kale
  • 4 Romaine leaves
  • 1-2 Banana
  • 1 cup Mango
  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • 2 Dates
  • 1 tsp Hawaiian Spirulina (optional BUT recommended)
  • 3 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • Add water
  • Blend & enjoy your green smoothie!
