Do I have to become a member to access Social Stepmom’s content?

We pride ourselves on providing everyone with consistent and engaging content, whether you are a member or not. We provide our public audience with articles and content from our contributors, along with free downloadable files, videos and podcast episodes (once launched). The membership, however, offers daily content and masterclasses to help you thrive on an elevated level while interacting with likeminded individuals who are also part of the Social Step + Mom community. The membership proves you with much more comprehensive and frequent content, along with real stories from stepmoms worldwide. The masterclasses provide you with extensive tools to grow in your role and to become the best version of you. As a member, you also get a 50% discount on all courses. Without becoming a member, you are still able to get a glimpse into the life changing world by engaging with our public website and social media platforms, yet not at all on the same level as a member.

What do I get by becoming a member?

By becoming member, you get access to the exclusive members-only platform, which includes regular content from extensive contributors, masterclasses geared to help you be the best person you can be, and real personalized stories to inspire you along your journey. You will also be awarded your own custom Our Family Documents subscription, acting as a secure digital space for you to store your files (birth certificates, passports, mortgages, leases, wills, photos  and so much more to stay organized.




With your membership, you will also be part of a welcoming and engaging community of likeminded individuals, dedicated to helping each other learn and grow in their roles as stepmoms. The Social Stepmom membership is truly a community of expert knowledge and support.

How much does a membership cost?

The cost of our membership is USD $12.99 per month and gives you complete access to our member’s platform, content, masterclasses, Vault, community, and more.
This monthly fee covers the use of the membership for one (1) month, starting on the date of the transaction.

Is there a minimum length of membership?

As membership is billed on a monthly cycle, the minimum length of membership is one (1) month. With your monthly payment, you will be given complete access to the Social Stepmom members’ platform for exactly one month following the transaction date. After the first month, automatic withdrawals will be processed to keep your membership active, unless you cancel your membership. If you cancel your membership, it will be cancelled the next billing cycle. 

How are membership payments processed?

Membership payments are processed with automatic withdrawals on the date that you signed up. This means that, without notice of cancellation, you will automatically be charged the monthly subscription fee on the same day of each month. If you registered for membership on, let’s say, March 5th, your membership fee transaction will be on the 5th of each month. We have chosen this model to ensure convenience for our users. Should you wish to cancel your membership and halt automatic withdrawals, you are welcome to do so — simply contact us to let us know.

What if I become a member, and decide it’s not for me?

You have complete ability to cancel your membership at any point — no questions asked. If you wish to do so, please let us know by sending an email to sarah@socialstepmom.com with your account information, and we will process your request. Your membership will be cancelled within 3-5 business days, and no more payments will be incurred going forward.

Do you have a refund policy for shop products and courses?

If a product that you have purchased from our shop requires a refund due to damages in shipping or other specified circumstances, we will honour a full refund of the item’s purchase price within 30 days of the transaction, minus a 20% restocking fee. We are not able to issue a refund for the costs of shipping and handling. All Social Stepmom digital courses are final sale

How do I become a contributor, and what are the perks?
