Healthy Quinoa School Lunch for Kids!

I am sharing yet another recipe post with all of you, this recipe is a healthy quinoa school lunch for your kids! Hopefully, this gives you a few ideas for your children’s school lunches!

Morning snack:
  • Pear
Lunch:
  • Vegan GF quinoa dish (recipe available on my Instagram account, posted April 28th)
  • Carrot sticks and Broccoli stems with my homemade 3-ingredient vegan mayo (used as a dipping sauce)
  • Date rolled in coconut shreds.
Afternoon snack:
  • 2 cups of mixed berries with a drizzle of dark maple syrup (berries were frozen and thawed overnight)

 

EAT. REAL. FOOD.

Real food does NOT have ingredients. Real food IS the ingredient! I have never included packaged/processed ‘junk’ in my children’s school lunches ... that ‘junk’ has ZERO benefits to their growing bodies and developing brains. I challenge you to do the same!
